Karoona Ramah Sleightholme serves as the Head of Vodafone UK Digital & IT Delivery and Head of Vodafone UK Professional Services since November 2015, leading a team of 550 delivery consultants and overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects for UK Enterprise customers. Karoona has spearheaded the transformation of the Professional Services organization into a revenue-generating entity, implemented a Service Catalogue, and fostered a culturally inclusive environment aligned with Vodafone's shift towards a technology-focused company. Prior experience includes roles at Minttulip Limited as Head of Digital Transformation Consulting, where Karoona introduced digital transformation services and developed industry-specific propositions, and at CSC and Mars Information Services, leading significant cloud migration and collaboration projects. Karoona holds a Master's Degree in Engineering in Corporate Information Systems and has a robust background in IT delivery, cloud services, and team leadership.
