Varun Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Varun is currently working as a Retail Operations Lead at Vodafone Idea Limited since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Territory Sales Manager at Bharti Airtel from April 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Bharti Airtel, Varun worked at Jio as a Team Lead Manager from November 2018 to April 2021 and as an Assistant Manager from September 2017 to November 2018. Varun also worked as a Team Leader at Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd from September 2016 to September 2017. Varun's career began at Microsoft, where they served as a Sales Team Lead from January 2014 to June 2016 and as a Microsoft Specialist from March 2012 to January 2014.

Varun Jha completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Delhi University in 2012. Varun then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing at Amity University from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they also obtained an Executive MBA in Marketing and Sales and Marketing Operations/International Business from Amity University between 2013 and 2016.
