Faizal Kassam is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over a decade of experience in radio network performance and optimization. Currently serving as the Radio Network Performance Manager at Vodacom Mozambique since May 2014, Faizal has previously held the position of Radio Network Quality Team Leader. Prior experience includes roles at Huawei Technologies, where Faizal contributed as a Radio Network Design & Optimization Engineer and was involved in various aspects of network performance and troubleshooting, including 3G network improvements and RF optimization. Faizal began their career as a Professional Trainee in Network Administration at Brithol Michcoma Mozambique. Faizal holds an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ISUTC - Instituto Superior de Transportes e Comunicações, earned in 2010.
