Colleen Chen has been working in various roles since 2005. Colleen began their career as a Certified Rolfer for their own business, Colleen Chen Rolfing Structural Integration. In 2014, they became a Massage Therapist at Halo Healing Therapies. In 2015, they took on two roles: Corporate Counsel at Vobile, Inc and Mediator at Boileau Conflict Solutions.

Colleen Chen attended Harvard Law School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their JD. Colleen then attended the Rolf Institute from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Pomona College from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained their BA. Additionally, they also attended the Berkeley Psychic Institute.
