Sandeep Roy Choudhury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate change interventions and sustainable development. Serving as Director at VNV Advisory Services since December 2002, Sandeep leads operations focused on low carbon energy, coastal resilience, clean cooking, sustainable agriculture, and community afforestation projects, significantly impacting over 6 million households in Asia and Africa. In addition to this role, Sandeep is currently the Head of Advisory Services at Mangroves.now and holds directorship at the Carbon Initiative Forum. Sandeep is also a co-founder of the International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance and serves on various advisory and committee positions, including the Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation and IETA, contributing to significant advancements in emission reduction projects and community initiatives. An alumnus of Bangalore University, Sandeep brings a wealth of expertise to the field.
