Sophia Shluger serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at PV01 since July 2023 and holds the position of Venture Partner at VNTR Capital since November 2022. Previously, Sophia was the Managing Director for Europe at Amber Group from August 2021 to January 2023, and Vice President of Equity Derivatives Trading at XP Investments during 2020-2021. Additional experience includes roles as an Investment Company Advisor at Guidepoint, Associate Director at Board Intelligence, and Vice President of Private Debt within Corporate & Investment Banking at Santander US. Earlier in their career, Sophia worked in global business development at American Express and completed a strategy MBA summer internship at The Walt Disney Studios. Sophia's educational background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, an MBA Certificate in Corporate Strategy from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Cinema/Media Studies from Wellesley College.
