Karina Talanceva is an accomplished professional specializing in partnerships and business development, currently serving at Experiential Yachting since November 2018 and at VNTR Capital since April 2021. At VNTR Capital, the focus is on enhancing the skills of venture capital investors to effectively co-invest in rapidly growing startups. Karina co-founded Smart Affinity Group, an experiential and affinity marketing agency in San Francisco, which assists high-end brands and service providers with client acquisition and retention from January 2017 to April 2021. Additionally, Karina held the position of President of the Reference & Business Intelligence Club from March 2015 to June 2017.
