Rushabh Patel is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at VNS Health, leading initiatives in generative AI to enhance call center operations by processing unstructured audio data. With prior experience at EvolutionIQ and AT&T, Rushabh has developed machine learning models, performed exploratory data analysis, and contributed to products utilizing knowledge graph technology. Earlier roles include Applied Data Scientist II at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where Rushabh focused on natural language processing and deep learning techniques, and Data Scientist positions at VNS Health and Jvion, developing and deploying machine learning algorithms for healthcare. Rushabh holds a PhD in Computer Science from Auburn University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois System, along with a B.Tech in Computer Science from Symbiosis International University.
