Jyothi Manik possesses extensive experience in engineering and academia, currently serving as an Engineer at Aastha Constructions Pvt Ltd since July 2020. Prior to this role, Jyothi held the position of Assistant Professor at VNR VJIET since November 2009, and served as an Associate Professor at CVR College of Engineering from August 2018 to June 2020. Responsibilities included teaching various engineering courses, coordinating for the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, and guiding undergraduate projects in Structural Engineering. Early career experience includes a Junior Engineer position at GAR Constructions, where skills in contract management, quantity surveying, and supplier negotiations were developed.
