David Willoughby is an experienced Media/School Advertising Partnership Specialist currently serving as the WA State Photography Lead at PlayOn! Sports since September 2020, following the merger of VNN and rSchoolToday. Prior to this role, David worked at VNN and was instrumental in establishing business partnerships with over 500 high school athletics websites in the Pacific Northwest, continuing achievements initiated at WPA Network. David’s career in media and photography began in 2007 with WPA Network, where a network of volunteer photographers was built, featuring 85 members, and involved developing a business plan for high school sports photo sales and distribution. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Western Washington University and has a foundational background in Art, Photography, and general studies from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
