Hoàng Nguyễn has experience working as a Senior Data Analyst at VNG Corporation since August 2019. Prior to this, Hoàng worked as a Data Analyst at Techcombank from April 2018 to July 2019 and at Vietnam Airlines from June 2017 to February 2018. During these roles, Hoàng analyzed data and developed operational models using various tools like Python, Oracle SQL, Power BI, and Oracle BI to provide insights for decision-making. At Vietnam Airlines, Hoàng utilized integer and genetic algorithms to optimize the number of check-in desks for departing flights and balance operational costs with passenger waiting time.
