Daya Winsten possesses extensive experience in both healthcare and holistic practices. Currently serving as an RN Care Manager at VNACJ Community Health Center since December 2016, Daya also operates Rosebay Yoga and Healing Arts, where skills as a Yoga Teacher, Nurse Massage Therapist, and Intuitive Healer are utilized since 2014. Previously, Daya owned and operated Therapeutic Massage of the Jersey Shore and Anahata Yoga from 2005 to 2013. Educational qualifications include certifications as a Lymphedema Decongestive Therapist from Foeldi Clinic in Germany, a degree in Health Care Education from Rutgers University, and a Registered Nursing degree from St. Vincent's Medical Center School of Nursing.
