Meredith Byrne is an experienced professional in healthcare management with a focus on care integration and performance improvement. Currently serving as the Care Integration Program Manager at VNA Health Care since May 2021, Meredith co-leads the implementation of a new Cooperative Agreement aimed at developing a Care Integration Management System for at-risk children and youth. In addition, Meredith oversees Performance Improvement Projects and audits for Medicaid/Medicare at IPRO, while also managing healthcare services related to the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Contract in New Jersey with LogistiCare. Previous roles include Lead Case Manager at University Health Plans, where responsibilities included supervising staff and conducting complex needs assessments for members. Meredith holds a Master's of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from Monmouth University.
