Amy Baudouin joined VNA in 1990 and her responsibilities have evolved and expanded into her current position as Vice President of Facilities and Office Operations. In this role Amy leads the integration of people, place, process and technology to ensure the functionality of VNA’s physical environments. As VNA’s property manager, she is the liaison between VNA and all outside contractors, acting as internal project manager for all new construction and renovation of newly acquired sites. In 2012, Amy oversaw the construction of the new building at 801 Villa Street in Elgin and the build out for clinics in Bensenville, Carol Stream, and Bolingbrook. All four clinics opened on time in the fall of 2012. In 2013 she supervised construction of the new clinic at 1400 Indian Avenue in Aurora, which opened on schedule in November. January 2016, VNA opened their 4th building in Romeoville. Two new projects have been completed in 2019. The Indian Avenue building expansion and the renovation of the VNA building in Carol Stream in January and March. Amy serves as VNA’s Safety Officer and manages all facility, safety, and environmental issues related to VNA’s credentialing by The Joint Commission.
In addition, Amy manages the staffing and scheduling of office support and maintenance personnel, and works closely with other departments on streamlining and coordination of office procedures.
Amy serves on the board of the Aurora Women's Empowerment Foundation and holds the position of Chairman of the Board. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Aurora University.
