Brian Kielian joined VMS in 2022 to lead all aspects of the Customer Experience Center including P&L, short and long-term planning, operational and strategic oversight, new product planning and technological breakthrough improvements.
Brian operational leadership spans over 20 years. With a particular interest and aptitude in leading expansion-both stateside and international, he has a rich history with organizations on the cusp of rapid growth. He joined companies like Affirm and PayPal during their infancy and subsequently led operations through international expansion and going public. He has also grown operations for many other companies, such as Inflection, GoodHire, Spruce, Energy Pioneer, TPG, InfoUSA, TeleTech, West, Sitel, Teleperformance and Transcom.
He is a Nebraska native with a business degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
