Mark Soriano is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and data center operations. Currently serving as a System Administrator at vMOX since June 2021, Mark manages and maintains IT infrastructure, configures and deploys both Windows and Linux instances in AWS, and conducts security threat assessments. Previously, Mark worked at Amazon from January 2014 to May 2021 as a Data Center Technician, where responsibilities included troubleshooting server issues, provisioning host servers, and training new hires. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at GCE and Abercrombie and Fitch, where skills in technical support, user account management, and customer service were developed. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute-Chantilly.
