Erik van de Ven is currently the Head of Research & Development at VMI Group, where Erik leverages AI to bring machines to life and make smart factories a reality. In their previous roles, Erik has held positions such as Manager Architecture and Innovation at AFAS Software, VP Product Management at OpenText, and Principal Product Manager at Cordys. Erik has a strong background in computer science, with a Master's degree from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
