Nupoor M. is a Designer at VMDO Architects since October 2021, with a diverse background in architecture and design education. Previously served as a Teaching Assistant at Rhode Island School of Design and as a Research Assistant focused on the study of Mosques as Public Interiors. Nupoor M. has experience in photography as the Head of Studio Collective at Virginia Tech, overseeing a team for a biannual journal. Involvement in integrated design studios and architectural travel studies at Virginia Tech and Rhode Island School of Design exhibits a strong commitment to educational and experiential learning in architecture. Early internships with firms such as von Weise Associates and Rooshad Shroff provided foundational skills in architectural design and project collaboration. Nupoor M. holds a Master of Arts in Adaptive Reuse from Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
