Geert De Duytschaever has extensive experience in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for PMT at VMA NV since November 2015. Prior to this role, Geert held various managerial positions in business units focused on food, pharma, and non-ferrous materials. Additionally, Geert is the Managing Director and Owner of GEDECON BV, specializing in plant optimization and process engineering. Geert's previous experience includes a significant tenure as Plant/Site Manager at Milcobel, where responsibilities encompassed site management, production oversight, and technological upgrades in dairy processing, alongside earlier roles in production management at Belgomilk and ALDIS. Geert holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in dairy from Industriële Hogeschool CTL, Gent.
