Mansi Hasija is an experienced Senior Recruiter currently working at VLink Inc since November 2023, following a tenure at iPlace from September 2020 to October 2023. Mansi specializes in providing exceptional service to candidates, sourcing qualified resumes, and conducting pre-screening phone interviews. Responsibilities include setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers, recruiting passive candidates, and enhancing recruiting strategies based on market evaluations. Mansi is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders while continually researching new technologies to improve recruitment processes.
