Karuppasamy P is currently a Graphics Designer at vlinder. Karuppasamy previously worked as a Lecturer at Lakshmi Ammal Polytechnic College from June 2015 to May 2021, where they taught Thermal & Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Instrumentation, and Engineering Graphics. Karuppasamy was also a class advisor, department exam cell coordinator, and tutor, and was in charge of the department library & laboratory. From July 2013 to May 2015, they worked as a Project Research Assistant at Mepco Schlenk Engineering College on a DST ā€“ SERB Sponsored Project about ā€œHeat assisted friction stud welding of Hybrid Aluminium Matrix Composite fastenersā€. Before that, they were an Inspection Engineer at CETHAR Limited from December 2010 to August 2012, where they inspected Boiler components and their auxiliaries. Karuppasamy also worked as a GET at R.K.M Powergen Pvt Ltd from July 2010 to December 2010.

Karuppasamy P completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College.
