Louise Van Damme is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Vlassenroot Group since June 2022 and as HR Manager at Delta Plastics from September 2023. Previously, Louise worked as a Freelance HR at Alice Bown, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at AlphaCredit, and HR Consultant at Daoust, among other roles. Louise has a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from EPHEC and experience in coaching from the BAO Coaching Institute. Additionally, Louise gained international experience through an Erasmus program at Universidad Publica de Navarra.
