Jesper Green Schou serves as the Group General Counsel at VKR Holding A/S since November 2022, previously holding the position of VP, Group General Counsel at Danish Crown from November 2020 to November 2022. Prior roles include General Counsel at PanzerGlass, and General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at HTL-STREFA S.A., where responsibilities encompassed legal, M&A, HR, risk management, compliance, quality, and project management. Jesper Green Schou also held significant positions at GN Store Nord, culminating in the role of General Counsel & SVP Corporate Affairs, and has legal experience as Corporate Legal Counsel at McKinsey & Company, as well as an attorney at Kromann Reumert. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Economics from INSEAD and a Master of Laws from Aarhus University, along with additional degrees in business administration and accounting.
