Joao Viegas has a robust background in product and project management, currently serving as an R&D Manager at Vizrt since December 2024. Prior to this role, Viegas held positions as a Product Manager at Telnyx and Talkdesk, focusing on CPaaS and voice network features. Viegas' experience also includes a significant tenure at Vodafone, where responsibilities ranged from Release Manager in IoT Solution Transition & Release Management to Engineer Delivery Manager for Unified Communications solutions. Viegas began a career in consulting at Capgemini, contributing to various internal projects and collaborating on a Unified Communications project with Vodafone. Viegas completed a degree at Universidade da Beira Interior from 2003 to 2009.
