Cody Wen has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2012 as a Supply Chain Planning and Analysis Intern at Sysco. From there, they progressed to an Inventory Management: Distribution Intern role at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, Cody worked as a Procurement Intern at PAE. In 2015, they held the position of Logistics Coordinator at Stego Industries, LLC before becoming an Operations & Logistics Analyst at Loot Crate later that year. Since 2017, Cody has been with VIZIO, starting as a Business Planning Analyst and working their way up to Senior Business Planning Analyst, and most recently, Business Planning Manager - TV's.

Cody Wen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Logistics Technology (Systems Management) from the University of Houston. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in September 2016 and a Six Sigma Green Belt for Process Improvement - Corporate and Professional Program from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering in September 2016.
