Susan Tench has extensive work experience in various roles. Susan has been working at Vizient, Inc since 1986 and currently holds the position of Onboarding and Employee Connections Director. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead Culture Ambassador, where they were responsible for Employee Recognition, Onboarding, and Personalysis programs. Susan also worked as the Learning & Development Manager for VHA, where they provided onboarding and support for new staff and leaders. In addition to their roles at Vizient, Inc, Susan Tench also worked as an Inspirational Educator in schools, businesses, churches, and other organizations. Susan is known for their ability to motivate and bring out the best in others.

Susan Tench attended Queens University, Knight School of Communication where they pursued a field of study in Relational Communications. Currently, they also hold a certification in Virtually Live! masterclass with the Marketing AI Institute which was obtained in 2023.
