Sara Cotter has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Supplier Performance Principal at Vizient, Inc starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Cardinal Health from 1999 to 2021, including VP positions in marketing and product management. During their time at Cardinal Health, Sara demonstrated strong leadership and achieved significant accomplishments, such as regaining momentum after a high-visibility product recall and driving revenue growth. Before joining Cardinal Health, they also had experience in operations management and customer development. Additionally, Sara served as a Board of Trustees member at New Directions Career Center from 2007 to 2014.

Sara Cotter holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Sara has also obtained additional certifications including Model Mentor 2021 - 25 hours of Mentoring from Cardinal Health and PMC Level IV from Pragmatic Institute in 2016.
