Monica Davy

Chief Culture, Diversity & Impact Officer at Vizient

Monica leads Diversity and Inclusion and Culture at Vizient®. As Chief Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Monica guides overarching culture and D&I strategy and works with our employee Diversity Networking Associations (DNAs) on program implementation and ongoing reinforcement. Monica is a diversity, inclusion and equity leader with demonstrated success in the public sector, serving a multi-racial, multi-generational and complex gender and intersectional community.

Prior to this, Monica led comprehensive EEO, civil rights, diversity management and alternative dispute resolution programming for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She also worked for the IRS as Deputy Executive Director and later as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Chief EEO Officer where she led external efforts to meet the diverse needs of taxpayers and ensure supplier diversity.

From 2015 to 2021, Monica served as the Chief Diversity, Inclusion and EEO Officer for the National Credit Union Administration where she partnered with leadership to recruit and retain a diverse workforce and executive team and helped drive diversity, inclusion and culture strategies within the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.

Monica is a graduate of George Mason University and the Howard University School of Law and also worked as a senior trial attorney for many years.
