Jessica Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various healthcare organizations. Jessica began their career as an Associate Planner at Kaleida Health in 2005, where they conducted market analysis and provided support during the planning process. Jessica then worked as a Provider Relations Representative for Network Management at Coventry Health Care in 2007, where they researched, analyzed, and negotiated contracts agreements.

In 2008, Jessica joined Catholic Health Initiatives as a Planning Associate, where they provided analytic support for strategic planning and business development initiatives. Jessica then moved to Truven Health Analytics in 2010, starting as a Client Success Manager and later becoming a Consulting Manager. In these roles, they developed and delivered product-based solutions to clients, identified new business opportunities, and utilized their analytic skills.

In 2018, Jessica transitioned to IBM as a Senior Client Success Manager, managing a portfolio of complex health system clients and facilitating collaboration to deliver insights that drive performance and growth. Jessica later joined Vizient, Inc in 2018 as an Enterprise Client Manager and then as a Program Management Lead in their Transformation Office, overseeing program management for multiple workstreams.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, client management, and program management, contributing to the operationalization of strategy and the improvement of healthcare organizations.

Jessica Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University at Albany, SUNY, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they obtained a WSET Level II certification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust in 2017.
