Melissa Merrifield has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melissa is currently working at Vizgen as a Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst, starting in January 2023. In their previous role at uniQure, they served as a Sr. IT Business Analyst from July 2021 to January 2023, and prior to that, they were an IT Business Analyst from September 2020 to July 2021. Melissa also worked at Signature Consultants as an Information Technology Analyst from August 2019 to April 2020, and at Charles River Laboratories as a Lead Data Migration Analyst during the same time period. Their longest tenure was at EFI, where they held the position of Sr. Data Management Analyst from December 2012 to August 2019. Finally, Melissa began their career at GT Advanced Technologies, where they worked in various roles including SAP Analyst II, Operations System Administrator, and Customer Service Representative III from 2007 to 2012.

Melissa Merrifield pursued their education with a focus on business administration and project management. In 2005-2006, they attended American InterContinental University and earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2008-2009, they returned to the same university to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Project Management.
