Steve Sweeny serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at Viz.ai since June 2021. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles at Medtronic from July 2014 to June 2021, including Vice President for the Neuroscience Portfolio and Senior Director of Corporate Development, where Steve led M&A transactions across different verticals such as Structural Heart and Digital Health. Prior to Medtronic, Steve was the Founding Director and Product Manager at The Amundsen Group, focusing on commercial strategy in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical sectors. Steve's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Political Economy, Pre-Med, and Spanish from Georgetown University.
