Previously, Lindsey held the role of Chief Product Officer, driving innovation in wellbeing and care products. As Managing Director of the Work&Life Product, Lindsey integrated family care into Vivup’s benefits. Concurrently, Lindsey has been a Non Executive Director at My Ohana since 2013, where strategic planning and governance support business growth. As CEO of My Ohana, Lindsey excels in delivering childcare services across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Additional roles include Board Trustee at PACEY and Founder & CEO of Work&Life Partners. With extensive experience at Tinies UK Ltd and My Family Care, along with earlier management positions in children's programs, Lindsey has shaped the landscape of childcare and family support services.
