Victoria McKenney is an accomplished professional in the field of microbiology, currently serving as a Research and Development Supervisor at Vivolac Cultures Corporation since August 2021. In this role, Victoria focuses on optimizing fermentations with Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, and Streptococcus strains, and conducting bacteriophage isolation and characterization. Prior to this position, Victoria gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for an Introductory Biology course at Ball State University from January 2018 to August 2021, and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Biology/Microbiology obtained in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Microbiology received in 2019, both from Ball State University.
