Amadou Dembele has extensive experience in IT support and systems management, currently serving as Assistant IT and Point Focal for Fuel Card Management at Vivo Energy since June 2020. Responsibilities include user support, server management, installation of equipment, and preventive maintenance of IT hardware. Prior to this, Amadou worked at Aéroport du Mali as a Network and Systems Technician, overseeing equipment maintenance, network setup, and troubleshooting various technical issues. Experience also includes a role as IT Support at Agence Nationale d'Assistance Maladie, where Amadou implemented a VPN and network storage server, and a position at Telecel Mali, focusing on LAN reconfiguration and user support. Amadou holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Systems, Networks, and Security from Technolab-ISTA.
