Ross Phillips has a diverse background in various industries, starting from their time at Focus DIY as a FETL. Over the years, Ross has gained experience in sales, design, contracts supervision, and small works management. Currently, Ross holds the position of Service Manager at VIVO Defence Services, where Ross also serves as the Billable Works Manager. Prior to this, Ross was a Facilities Assistant at Buro Happold. Ross's educational background includes attending Sir Bernard Lovell School and St Annes CEVC.
