Sam Masi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and legal practice. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager and formerly as Commercial Analyst at Vivienne Court Trading Pty Ltd since November 2018, Sam Masi brings expertise from a previous role as a Lawyer at Allens, focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Real Estate, and Development from February 2017 to October 2018. Prior to this, Sam Masi led the Allens Paralegal Team as Head Paralegal and worked in various capacities within Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Litigation. Educationally, Sam Masi holds a combined degree in Business and Law with a Finance major from the University of Technology Sydney and has completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at Aarhus University.
