Saint Hall has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. They started as a freelance designer in 2010 and later worked as a senior brand designer at Tailored Brands, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for creating seasonal creative campaigns. They then joined Macy's in 2016 as a product designer, where they contributed to the design team for America's largest retail brand. In 2020, they moved to Quicken as a senior product designer before joining Vivid Seats in 2021 as a lead product designer.

Saint Hall attended Ohlone College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts. They then continued their education at the Academy of Art University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Web Design & New Media.
