Victor Williams serves as the Chief Information Officer at Viventium since May 2023 and is a New Member of the Executive Forum. With extensive experience in the technology and elections sectors, Victor previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Product Development and General Manager at Election Systems & Software from March 2011 until December 2022, driving operational excellence with over 110 reports and spearheading the development of voter registration systems. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Information Technology and Information Security at GC Incentives | GiftCertificates.com and Network Architect at Election Systems & Software. Victor's career began at the US Department of Agriculture, where early experiences led to significant contributions and learning moments. An alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
