Cornelius Cole is an experienced engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and network systems. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication & Computer Networking from London South Bank University, additional qualifications include a Full-Stack Web Developer certification from Le Wagon and an HNC in Software Engineering from South Thames College. Cornelius served as a Decommissioning Engineer at CommScope from December 2011 to August 2021, focusing on the decommissioning and configuration of various vendor core routers and related equipment in Google data centers across the EMEA region while also evaluating processes and understanding high voltage DC. Prior roles include Decommissioning Coordinator, Decom Tester at ARRIS assigned to Google, Network Installation Engineer at Inclarity, and Technical System Support Engineer at Highways Agency.
