Tony Fields is an accomplished pharmacy leader with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Vice President & Chief Pharmacy Officer at Vivent Health since March 2018, Tony Fields previously held multiple key roles at Walgreens, including Regional Healthcare Director and Market Pharmacy Director, from June 2010 to March 2018, as well as a position in Pharmacy Operations Optimization in 2009-2010. Tony Fields earned a PharmD from the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy between 1999 and 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University, completed in 1999.
