Mariana Aguirre possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business ownership and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro. Mariana also worked as a Nutrióloga in a private consulting practice and served as a university lecturer in the fields of applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from 2016 to 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
