Tom Horvath, M.A. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom currently serves as the Director of Brand and Programs at Vivante on the Coast, where they are responsible for enhancing brand recognition and coordinating with executives and sales and marketing professionals. Prior to this, Tom was the Activities Director & Program Development manager at Vivante, where they designed and implemented engagement and wellbeing campaigns for residents.
Before joining Vivante, Tom worked as an AGVA Performer at Disneyland Resort, where they performed in theatrical productions and mentored new team members. Tom also founded and managed their own business, The Young Man of Broadway, where they handled all operations, sales, marketing, and event planning, generating $50K in annual revenue.
Tom also has experience as an Activities Coordinator at Belmont Village Senior Living, organizing community events and improving lead conversion rates. Tom worked as an Entertainer at Knott's Berry Farm, delivering performances and supervising rehearsals. Additionally, they served as an Actor at Universal Studios Hollywood, maintaining high guest satisfaction in improvisational shows.
Tom Horvath, M.A. holds a Master of Arts degree in Arts and Cultural Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Denver (2020-2021). Tom also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Speech from Wagner College (2010-2014). In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner from the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (2023) and a Google Analytics Certification from the University of Denver (2020).
