Laura Satkauskaite has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Waitress at Cristallo restaurant in 2012. Laura then worked as a Sales Representative at Benchmark Advertising Ltd. and a Waitress at Days Inn in 2014. In 2015, they were an Intern at Culture Live. Laura then worked as a Waitress at Wessex Hotel and a Customer Service Assistant at Vue Entertainment in 2016. In 2017, they joined blue{shift} creative coding and education as an Office and Events Coordinator, then a Event Operations and Communications Manager, and finally a Director of Operations. In 2022, they began their current role as a People Manager at VivaCity.

Laura Satkauskaite received their Maturity Certificate from Vilnius Zverynas Gymnasium in 2013 and went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at Bournemouth University, which they completed in 2017.
