Arbnor Gashi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arbnor started their career as a Finance Manager at Uje Rugove, Rugove L.L.C in June 2011. Arbnor then moved on to work as the Chief Accounting Officer at Meridian Group from July 2012 to June 2013. In August 2014, Arbnor joined Viva Fresh Store as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) before transitioning to the role of Head of Financial Reporting and Controlling in August 2016. Their most recent position at Viva Fresh Store is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), which they assumed in April 2020.

Arbnor GASHI obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, and Accounting from the Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" between 2007 and 2010. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they acquired a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosovo.
