Mohamed Refay is a seasoned professional in content operations, currently serving as the Content Operations & QC Manager for MENA & Turkey at Viu since March 2021, after holding the role of Content Operations & QC Lead. Prior to Viu, Mohamed held the position of Content Operations Head at ArpuPlus from June 2023 to February 2024 and served as the Senior Content Operations at Etisalat Misr between November 2019 and February 2021. Mohamed's extensive experience began at the Middle East Broadcasting Center from May 2009 to July 2019, where multiple roles included Senior Digital Content Executive and Digital Content Executive. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Emaar Hospitality Group as a Guest Services Associate and Barclays as a Direct Sales Executive. Academically, Mohamed holds a Diploma in Translation and Interpretation with a focus on Applied Linguistics from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from Tanta University.
