Nicolle L. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Nicolle started their career at Artisoft as a Support Engineer in 1993 and then moved on to Microsoft in the same role until 1997. Following this, they joined Tucson Medical Center as an Application Developer, where they designed and developed applications for process improvement initiatives within the hospital. In 2000, Nicolle joined Archon Technologies as an Application Designer/Lead Developer, where they were responsible for developing both DMV and healthcare solutions. Nicolle also played a crucial role in the build cycle planning, bug prioritization, and go-live planning and deployment for the state of Iowa. Nicolle then joined 3M Traffic Safety & Security Division in 2006 as a Program Manager. In this role, they managed the implementation and support of software applications used in license plate manufacturing, registration fulfillment, and inventory management. Nicolle successfully managed multiple client implementation projects and oversaw the redesign and software development of license plate manufacturing and inventory management systems. After their tenure at 3M, Nicolle worked as a Project Manager in San Diego, CA. Currently, they are serving as a Technical Project Manager at Vitu since 2019. Nicolle L. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information System and Operations Management from the University of Arizona.
