Keith Westby currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Vittoria Biotherapeutics, Inc., a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Westby was Chief Operating Officer at IVERIC bio from April 2019 to December 2023, where the focus was on developing novel gene therapies for retinal diseases. Westby’s extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Ophthotech Corp, overseeing operations and development from 2007 to 2019, and at Pharmasset, Inc. as Director of Project and Alliance Management.
