With a robust background in digital transformation, Jan led initiatives at KOSTAL Group, successfully executing over 50 projects globally. As a freelance lecturer, Jan shares expertise in digital transformation and management practices. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of SourceCloud and Senior Consultant in CIO Advisory at PwC, alongside significant positions at Euromaster (Michelin Group). Jan holds an MBA from the University of Wales and has completed additional education in Business Administration and Operational Management.
