Lena Sticken currently serves as Personalmanagerin at vitroconnect GmbH since April 2021 and as Dozentin at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Lena worked at Progressive Recruitment as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from November 2017 to April 2021. Lena's earlier experience includes positions at H&M, where the individual held the titles of Sales Department Manager and Assistant Department Manager from August 2012 to October 2017. Lena Sticken has an extensive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie and a Master of Science in Digital Management & Business Consulting from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Lena is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Sopron from September 2024 to 2028.
