Caroline Mosessian has held a variety of positions in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Caroline began their career in 2000 as an Associate Professor of Clinical (Adjunct Professor) at the University of Southern California, where they also served as Executive Hospital Administrator/ Operations & Finance Executive (COO/CFO) Service Lines. In 2009, they became Chief Administrative & Strategy Officer and Executive VP of Service Lines Strategy & Operations at Keck Medicine of USC, where they were responsible for clinical trials management, monitoring, regulatory and compliance. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Administrative Officer at Providence Saint John's Health Center and Chief Operating Officer at Providence Health & Services, where they were responsible for enhancing the daily operations and finances of the Providence LA Region Research. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Vitro Biopharma, Inc. as Board Chair | Chief Regulatory & Scientific Strategist, where they are responsible for regulatory compliance, strategy and scientific affairs, clinical trials and operations, and medical monitor for FDA, EMA, CMS, and TGA.
Caroline Mosessian has obtained a Master of Science degree in Regulatory Affairs & Quality Sciences/ Health Economics from the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, a Doctorate in Regulatory & Quality Sciences / Health Economics from the same school, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Healthcare Policy & Finance from the University of Southern California, and an M.H.A. in Healthcare Management from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American College of Medical Practice Executives, the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, UCLA Extension, and Mayor Richard Riordan's Leadership Development Fellowship.
